If you are looking for a mortgage I strongly suggest Candice. She provided me a clearer explanation on the types of mortgages (fixed vs variable) than anyone has previously. In addition, she gave me a no BS explanation, in layman’s terms, the advantages and disadvantages of each. Finally, she offered me the best interest rates.
