I’m Candice Carr, and I’m here to help you save money and make smart financial decisions. I’m also here to make your life easier with each mortgage transaction, whether it’s an exciting time and you’re buying your first home, or you’ve newly separated and need to know what options you have. I am the vault. Everything you say to me, stays with me and is 100% confidential. My goal is always to have you leaving my office feeling confident and with a plan!

I have two awesome kids, Kingston and Vienna, and a toy poodle who’s been dubbed “Minnie the Mortgage Mutt”. I love to travel, bake (follow me on IG to bake with me!), go camping, read, play piano, and of course have a true passion for helping people save money.

Hi!  I’m Amanda Sabo and I am Candice’s Assistant. 

I am a fully licensed Mortgage Associate and have been in the mortgage industry since 2013.

Helping people is a huge passion of mine. I was delighted when I was presented with the opportunity to become Candice’s assistant.  You can expect to hear from me during the document collection period of your mortgage deal.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family.  I am a mom of 2 young children and a yellow lab, Nixon.  I also enjoy drinking coffee to help keep up with my busy life.  I look forward to being able to help Candice make your home ownership dreams a reality!
